Hi! I’m Kyle.
Nice to meet you!

I’m a UX Designer with over 10 years experience in graphic design, marketing, and communications strategy. Driven by an empathetic approach and a desire to create accessible, inclusive spaces (IRL and URL), my designs create exceptional experiences that place people at the heart of the process.

With a background in the arts and non-profit sectors, I have ample experience using creativity and ingenuity to find solutions to complex problems. My journey into UX Design occurred working at The Theatre Centre, when I had the opportunity to lead a team in the total redesign of the website.

It was actually when we were deep into overhauling the information architecture, with sticky notes plastered over my living room walls, that I thought “this is fun…I wonder if I could do this more?”. Every additional phase—sketching, wireframes, developer handoff, and seeing our vision come to life—just reinforced this was the right path for me.

That experience also gave me the opportunity to see how digital designs can have a direct impact on people’s lives. Whether you’re trying to buy tickets to a show or you’re a small business trying to get your message out to the world, good design can make all the difference. I love helping people, and being a designer gives me the opportunity to do so every day.
